I. Online Booking Process

Booking through the booking system is done as follows:

The customer is given the opportunity to choose from the packages and standard accommodation options presented in the booking panel.

After reviewing the contents and price of the Package, the Customer selects the dates for the chosen room and additional options or a stay package.

The Customer completes the booking form with their personal details and any comments regarding the booking.

The customer makes a deposit using one of the available methods:

credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, JCB, Diners Club, Polcard),

electronic payments (mTransfer, Płacę z Inteligo, MultiTransfer, Przelew24),

standard bank transfer.

4a. After making a deposit via the online system, the Customer receives an automatic booking confirmation by email, which contains the customer's details, hotel name, offer description, total price of the stay, advance payment made, and the amount to be paid at the hotel. Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the conditions regarding the deposit and the rules for its refund.

4b. If the standard bank transfer or “pay later” option is selected, the Customer receives a preliminary booking confirmation. The booking is confirmed after the deposit is paid within 48 hours. Payment of the deposit is tantamount to acceptance of the terms and conditions.

II. Fees and Cancellation of Reservations

The customer pays the calculated deposit using one of the payment methods available in the system. The remaining amount is paid at the hotel.

The customer does not bear any costs resulting from the reservation transaction.

Standard Reservations

Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to arrival are free of charge. The hotel is obliged to refund the full amount of the deposit within 21 days.

Cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit.

Individual / Promotional / Discount Reservations

In the case of individual, promotional reservations, including discounts or additional services, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the date of cancellation, provided that these conditions have been clearly specified in the regulations and accepted by the Customer.

Individually agreed terms and conditions take precedence over these regulations, in accordance with Article 385¹ §3 of the Civil Code.

III. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted for the following reasons:

a. Failure by the service provider to meet the deadline for the commencement of services,

b. Non-performance or improper performance of services or incorrect billing.

Complaints should be submitted immediately to poczta@hotel-kolorowa.pl.

The complaint must include a description of the problem, the date and time of the irregularity, and the Customer's contact details.

Complaints may be lodged within 30 days of the date on which the service was performed or was to be performed.

The facility will consider the complaint within 14 days. If it is not possible to consider the complaint within this time, the customer will be informed of the expected date.

Complaints do not cover the loss of a deposit resulting from the cancellation of a reservation.

IV. Final Provisions

The customer is responsible for correctly filling in the booking form.

The Przelewy24.pl payment system is responsible for collecting booking fees.

The hotel and the reservation system operator are not responsible for the unavailability of the system due to reasons beyond their control.

Making a reservation means full acceptance of these terms and conditions, including the rules regarding the deposit paid and its refund.

V. Personal Data

The customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purpose of making a reservation and for marketing purposes.

The data controller is the Hotel – ESKADA Sp. z o.o., ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 58, 58-540 Karpacz, NIP 6110113211, REGON 890230676, KRS 0000187759.

The recipients of the data will be entities authorized by law and the operator of the reservation system ...

The hotel and data processors undertake to maintain confidentiality.

The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their data.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to complete the reservation.

VI. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By selecting the option “I have read the Terms and Conditions,” the Customer fully accepts all provisions of the Terms and Conditions, including the rules regarding the deposit paid, its refund, and the cancellation conditions. Failure to accept the Terms and Conditions will prevent the booking from being made.
